Located just steps from Withrow Park, this interior renovation captures the charm of a classic Victorian-era home. It carefully preserves original features while thoughtfully incorporating new elements and materials that pay tribute to the home's history and the client's personality.

Our design approach unified previous renovations with updated finishes and building systems while identifying key elements to preserve, creating a cohesive and functional aesthetic. A reimagined third floor emphasizes views and access to the south-facing deck, creating a distinct separation from the rest of the house. A custom steel and glass partition was introduced, allowing natural light to flow down the stairs and adding a contemporary touch that honors the home’s past
